In today's fast-paced world, it's common for the connection between our bodies and minds to become overwhelmed due to stress, anxiety, and the demands of everyday life. This retreat offers a space in which we can slow down, pay attention, and explore our relationship with ourselves and our bodies. Using evidence based therapeutic interventions, embodied practice and plenty of space to just be you, we hope you will leave feeling more empowered, resourced within yourself and able to make conscious choices that support balanced living.
But it's not all serious introspection—expect moments of joy, laughter, and genuine connections with like-minded individuals. This is a space for growth and community, where you'll be supported every step of the way. Guided by myself, along with my trusted collaborator Kristal, together we bring years of experience in psychotherapy, group work, yoga, meditation, and holistic wellness. Our focus is creating a fertile ground for you to let go, relax, learn, laugh, build friendships and leave feeling nourished inside and out.
If you feel inspired to join this retreat or simply have questions, please get in touch to schedule a free online or telephone 20-minute consultation with me, to discuss whether this experience aligns with your needs and expectations.

I’ve worked as a therapist with individuals in my Private Practice since 2018. Supporting them in their own personal development, I love my work, and get so much joy from assisting others in this exploration. However, over time I recognised that some of my clients needed something else, they needed a space to practice what we preached.
Hence, the birthplace of this retreat.
An opportunity to experience the benefits of group therapy, in a safe held environment, with like minded individuals. In my work facilitating group therapy, I am often in awe of the process in action, it meets a totally different set of needs than 1-2-1 therapeutic work. The group environment fosters a sense of acceptance, connection and belonging. All core human desires.
On this retreat I will be delivering evidence based therapeutic interventions and holding the boundaries of the therapeutic space, so that you can relax, enjoy and benefit from the community we will build together.
Yoga is my life, saturated with lots of fun! I’ve been practicing for 15 years and I am amazed how fresh the lifestyle continues to be. I came to yoga for exercise and quickly found it to be SO MUCH MORE. I am now passionate about sharing the meditative and relaxation benefits also. I've slowly become fascinated by alignment and breath. Recognising everybody is different and wanting to make Yoga accessible for everyone. I'd say I specialise in a Hatha flow style full of heart. For more than a decade I've been grateful for the opportunity to live and teach in communities, that focus on permaculture, yoga or shamanism. I love to connect with people and support their journey into this way of being. I'm a little obsessed with being in the kitchen and creating nourishing whole food vegan delights. Singing songs with my guitar lights me up. As does concise, clear, compassionate communication. As does Nature! I am a qualified masseuse and absolutely adore getting stuck into muscles that are crying for some TLC. See YOU on the mat!

This schedule may be adapted to meet the needs and flow of the group, as we find our rhythm together
Acts of service that benefit the group, as we live in community together. These may include: helping chop vegetables in the kitchen, building the campfire or helping set up our ritual space. We ask that everyone contributes 30 minutes a day to serve the flow of the retreat (within your capacity).
The work that’s on offer on this retreat is backed by insights from neuroscience, therapeutic theory and yogic principles. You'll rediscover the language your body uses to communicate with you, enabling you to understand your own needs and in turn meet them. The aim being that you are better equipped to navigate the ups and downs of life without becoming chronically overwhelmed, exhausted and burnt-out. We will approach this learning with a top-down / bottom-up approach, which in plain English means we engage the mind (top down) and the body (bottom up).
Using therapeutic interventions we will explore:
Using embodied somatic practices, such as:
If your reading this thinking I have no idea what any of this means? Don't worry, by the end of the retreat you will. All of our workshops and practices are designed to support growth, which means we explore the edges of our comfort zones with curiosity and a light hearted gentle approach. Nothing is compulsory, respecting your body and boundary's greatly encouraged.
