"A feeling of complete nourishment, body, soul and mind. Beautiful food, beautiful surroundings and beautiful people. I loved everything. Therapeutic workshops were empowering and inspiring delivered by Abbey. I had never done any Yoga before, Kristal was so lovely and made it easy. Discovering my poorly leg was better after just two sessions was an unexpected joy! Honestly this was just the best experience of my whole life. I feel full and nourished, I have tools to take forward into life. Absolutely unforgettable, everyone should experience this"

"Abbey's approach is non judgemental while feeling super comfortable. She has also made me feel really seen and heard for who I am, as I continue to explore and embrace my identity. Abbey's knowledge has helped me to understand and improve key relationships in my life. Most importantly the one I have with myself"

Grounded, accessible, enjoyable and FUN. The therapy sessions shared were engaging and interesting, with constructive notes and practical advice on how to integrate into real life. Yoga and mediation was well linked to the learning, grounded and just magic. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of free time which made the weekend feel more relaxing than other retreats I have attended. Endless gratitude, thankyou for deeply filling up my cup, helping me come back into my centre, and giving me valuable tools to take back into my life and relationships.

"Abigail helped because she didn't merely listen and reflect and hope I would come up with solutions. Instead she used her training and comprehensive 'tool kit' to collaboratively find solutions to problems. What a refreshing practise this was"
